About The Position

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for Senior Systems Integration Specialist to join our team in Seattle, WA. This role involves leading the determination of business information requirements, coordinating enterprise-level change activities, and developing business architecture based on these requirements. The specialist will also be responsible for developing data linkages, managing data and related policies, and performing quality control. Additionally, the role includes developing, integrating, standardizing, governing, and enhancing information dashboards and reports, leading system readiness testing, administering and monitoring systems post-implementation, and managing project activities. The position also entails leading system changes and integration efforts at an enterprise level, and delivering end-user support, including system/data guidance, FAQ management, issue analysis, and training design and delivery.

Requirements

3+ years of work experience participating in every phase of a product lifecycle (e.g. requirements definition, systems design, systems development, systems integration, systems test and systems support)
3+ years of experience in Business Process Modeling, Process Management Skills, Integrated Systems Thinking, Process Improvement Methods, and/or Analytical Skills
3+ years of experience in systems design and/or systems analysis and/or systems integration

Nice To Haves

Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
5+ SAP experience
5+ Project management experience

Responsibilities

Leads determination of business information requirements and coordinates change activities at an enterprise level.
Leads development and implementation of business architecture based upon information requirements.
Develops data linkages, updates and monitors data and related policies, and performs quality control actions relating to business information.
Develops, integrates, standardizes, governs, and enhances information dashboards and reports.
Leads development, execution of system readiness testing.
Administers and monitors systems post-implementation.
Leads project management activities.
Leads system changes and integration efforts at an enterprise level.
Leads delivery of end-user support to include immediate and forward thinking system/data guidance, FAQ management, issue analysis, and training design and delivery.
