About The Position
Join Interfor's enterprise technology team and play a key role in designing and delivering the integrations that power our business. As a Systems Integration Engineer, you'll work with modern cloud platforms, solve complex technical challenges, and help shape the future of our enterprise application landscape alongside a collaborative team of experienced technology professionals.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and related technologies.
- Strong experience with APIs, data mapping, ETL solutions, SQL/PLSQL, cloud platforms, and modern integration architectures.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex integrations, analyze root causes, and deliver reliable, scalable solutions in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences and work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for automation, innovation, and emerging technologies.
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience, with exposure to medium-to-large organizations in manufacturing, logistics, or similar industries.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support enterprise system integrations that align with business and technology objectives.
- Partner with business analysts, architects, project teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Build and maintain data mappings, workflows, APIs, ETL processes, and system interfaces across cloud and on-premise platforms.
- Troubleshoot integration issues, resolve production incidents, and implement monitoring, logging, and reporting capabilities.
- Identify opportunities to modernize legacy integrations, improve processes, and leverage automation and AI-assisted tools.
- Develop documentation, establish integration standards and best practices, and mentor team members as needed.
