As a THAAD Systems Engineer for the Kingdom As a System Engineer Sr supporting the Terminal High‑Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) program, you will play a pivotal role in translating mission objectives into clear system design.

Requirements

Experience with systems engineering activities including integration and technical analysis
Demonstrated ability to lead or support cross-functional technical teams in a mission-focused environment
2+ years experience with THAAD or Patriot Launchers
Active or current Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.
Must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related technical discipline
JIRA experience
Experience with network configuration and adminstration
Active Top Secret clearance

Responsibilities

Advise engineering and program leadership on launcher system design and operations
Support launch campaigns, readiness reviews, and mission assurance activities
Evaluate technical risks, anomalies, and corrective actions
Review requirements, interfaces, and integration strategies
Provide expertise on launch vehicle performance, trajectory, and mission constraints
Support proposal development, customer briefings, and technical strategy
Mentor systems engineers and launch operations personnel
Coordinate across government, customer, and contractor teams
Support the Launchers both fielded and in development.
Support the customer with the fielded launchers both domestic and international
Support the Launcher production and field return troubleshooting
Support the development of new Launcher capabilities
Support Fire Control and Weapon Systems updates as needed.
