Requirements

10+ years of experience performing systems engineering or integration in DoD satellite systems or ground systems
5+ years of experience with space system and DoD program reviews, including SRR, SDR and SFR, PDR, CDR, MRR, TRR, FCA, and PCA
2+ years of experience performing risk management on space, ground, software, or hardware system
Major Defense Acquisition Programs
Experience with ground monitoring stations such as GPS
Experience using a Model-Based Systems Engineering or digital engineering approach to manage system definitions and technical baselines
Ability to be highly motivated, display a dynamic work ethic, and contribute to the DoD mission
Ability to effectively communicate, work collaboratively on a cross-functional team and independently, and demonstrate an initiative to complete complex tasks to achieve program goals in a fast-paced environment
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

Experience with GPS, PNT, or NAVWAR
Experience with a software program utilizing Agile methodologies
Experience working with software factories or DevSecOps pipelines
TS/SCI clearance
Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or CS
Agile Certification such as CSM, CPO, PMI-ACP, or ICP
Certification INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional Certifications such as ASEP, CSEP, or ESEP
