Requirements

  • 4 years Windows Administration – Server and workstation
  • 3 years in a customer facing role
  • 3 years working with Java applications
  • 2 years deploying applications in AWS
  • Basic Linux administration
  • Solid understanding of network infrastructure components (Active Directory/LDAP, DNS, Networking, DHCP )
  • Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
  • Must be a sole US citizen without dual citizenship.
  • Must be able to successfully pass various background screening requirements including criminal history, education, credit, and drug screen as well as obtain any required program specific credentials and certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Learn all aspects of IDEMIA’s Enterprise ID solutions deployments
  • Build and maintain on-prem and cloud-hosted client/server deployments according to specs
  • Professional interactions with customers explaining our solutions and technical requirements
  • Travel to customer sites to install client systems to meet critical delivery dates
  • Providing technical training, and developing documentation as needed
  • Communicate and escalate issues with the product team
  • Develop scripting components to be used by field engineers for client deployments
  • Help set up and maintain workstations in the QA lab located in Bedford, MA as needed.
