Overview We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team and learn IBM TRIRIGA, a leading Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS). This is an entry-level opportunity suitable for candidates with backgrounds in computer science, information systems, business analysis, or enterprise application configuration. TRIRIGA experience is highly desired but is not required; comprehensive training will be provided.

Requirements

  • Active TS Clearance is required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, OR equivalent relevant experience.
  • Experience with enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS, EAM) or data-driven systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of relational databases and data modeling concepts.
  • Exposure to scripting, workflows, or automation a plus (e.g., Excel macros, JavaScript).
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Willingness and ability to learn new software and technical concepts.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a business analyst, application support, or configuration role.
  • Background in workflow or process automation.
  • Knowledge of project/change management processes.

Responsibilities

  • Learn to configure and customize IBM TRIRIGA applications to support business and operational needs.
  • Analyze and document business requirements, translating them into functional TRIRIGA configurations.
  • Assist in the design and maintenance of business objects, data models, workflows, and user interfaces in TRIRIGA.
  • Participate in system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, project managers, and other technical staff.
  • Create and maintain system documentation and user guides.
  • Support the deployment of system changes and participate in end-user training as needed.
