As a System Integration Manager, you will lead a team to deliver System Integration and System Test products in compliance with the SOW, implement earned value management and perform cost account management, perform cross-program coordination to system integration and technical baseline definition, lead On-Orbit Test Execution including calibration, responsible for test planning and associated test equipment, coordinate with Mission Operations to prepare for Launch and Early Operations, and ensure global, consistent and standardized SE products aligned with product centers.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering/Technical discipline or closely related field, or equivalent combination of education and related experience
  • 5+ years experience in System Integration & Test activities and execution of complex systems
  • Systems Integration and Test engineering process knowledge and experiences
  • Experience with systems integration and engineering lifecycle on Space programs
  • Demonstrated ability to lead people, products, and processes
  • Experience coordinating across multiple engineering disciplines
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance, thus US Citizenship is required.

Nice To Haves

  • 8+ years experience in System Engineering, Integration & Test activities and execution of complex systems
  • Experience with On-Orbit Test
  • Experience with intersegment Test
  • Experience with or exposure to Earned Value Management and Cost Account Management
  • Experience with Technical Baseline Management and SE Processes
  • Experience with customer facing reviews: SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, etc.
  • Experience with RF or digital communications Payload Systems engineering
  • Ability to communicate complex technical ideas to an audience with varied technical backgrounds
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance
