About The Position

We are excited to be seeking a highly motivated Systems Integration Analysis Specialist to join our Workplace Solutions Operations organization in a hybrid environment within the Radnor, PA; Omaha, NE; Fort Wayne; IN; or Charlotte; NC or remotely if needed. As a Systems Integration Analysis Specialist, you will perform and deliver on routine assignments/projects while simultaneously leveraging and applying knowledge for benefit admin platforms. You will perform and support the integration of customers systems through the use of Lincoln Financials' API capabilities. You will collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to coordinate activities, facilitate API integrations, and test and validate API solutions.

Requirements

4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's).
1+ Years of experience in operations and/or insurance/benefits directly aligned to the specific responsibilities of this role.
Previous insurance, employee benefits, or benefit platform experience.
Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and influence effectively across clients, leaders, and cross-functional partners.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex information, facilitate discussions, and align stakeholders around solutions.
Proven client-centric mindset with strong problem-solving, organizational, and follow-through skills.

Responsibilities

Manage and deliver low-complexity API integrations, ensuring client service needs are met while supporting business objectives and profitability goals.
Review client plan designs and documentation to identify requirements and activities needed for successful API integrations.
Serve as a liaison between internal teams and third-party vendors, ensuring all stakeholders understand the optimal setup for integrating customer platforms with Lincoln’s systems.
Lead data collection sessions with third-party vendors to gather integration requirements, technical details, and data specifications.
Partner with internal teams to test and validate technical designs and capabilities that enhance API solutions and customer experiences.
Provide input on project plans, test plans, and integration strategies to support successful implementation and delivery.
Support planning discussions, contribute to case strategy and proposals, and help prepare for finalist sales presentations.
Apply your knowledge of API integrations and data mapping to communicate effectively with technical teams and troubleshoot integration challenges.
Proactively identify and resolve stakeholder issues, concerns, and roadblocks through collaboration and timely communication.
Help implement and support new integration processes and procedures that improve operational efficiency and deliver value to customers.
