The Systems Improvement Supervisor will take the lead on improving Jaydot’s systems from the inside out – from expanding our data collection efforts to advising senior leadership on how to best move forward with the information we have in hand. This person will work closely with Jaydot’s Programs Team to understand how they work and adapt our internal systems to meet their needs, as well as to expand our collection of participant and partner satisfaction data. In short, the Systems Improvement Supervisor will help the team quantify our work – as much as is possible – and use that information to further our collective goal of providing excellent services. The Systems Improvement Supervisor will work in-person within Washington, DC. The salary range for this full-time, exempt position is $79,000 - $80,000, commensurate with experience.
