About The Position

The QISS supports Park Center’s quality, compliance, and operational effectiveness by maintaining accurate, reliable data and supporting core systems, including the EHR and reporting platforms. This role conducts and analyzes data audits, identifies trends, and prepares reports that support quality improvement initiatives, accreditation readiness, regulatory requirements, and leadership decision-making. This position also provides day-to-day EHR and systems support, assists with workflow updates, and develops training and documentation to promote consistent, high-quality documentation and efficient operations across programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in data management, operations support, or EHR system administration, ideally in a healthcare or human services setting.
  • 1-2 years of experience with reporting, auditing, and quality data validation.
  • Experience with creation of quality improvement systems, staff training and workflow process development.
  • Experience or willingness to learn basic SQL
  • Experience or willingness to learn Power BI

Nice To Haves

  • Direct service experience in a behavioral health or mental health setting
  • Experience working with individuals with serious mental illness (SMI), co-occurring disorders, or complex psychosocial needs
  • Experience with EHR systems or similar clinical platforms.
  • Experience assisting with accreditation, compliance, or regulatory reporting (e.g., CARF, state Medicaid programs).
  • Knowledge of healthcare operational metrics and quality improvement processes.
  • Experience with SQL and data analytics tools
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
