About The Position

Lockheed Martin is looking for a dedicated SEIT Systems Engineering Manager to lead the SV Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (SEIT) organization for the Space Development Agency Portfolio within the Tracking, Transport and Warning (TT&W) Mission Segment of the National Security Space (NSS) Line of Business (LOB). In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Space Vehicle System Engineering (SVSE), inclusive of SV Responsible Systems Engineers (RSEs), Systems Integration & Test, Space Vehicle Integration & Test, Specialty Engineering, trade studies, risk & opportunity management, design review execution associated CAM support, and personnel responsibilities. Requirements

Bachelors degree in an Engineering or closely related field
Systems Engineering process experience across the complete program lifecycle
Proven application of systems engineering functions including the following: a) System trade studies and/or System modeling b) Requirements and Verification c) Major program reviews including SRR, PDR, CDR, CIR, TRR, MSCSR, and PSR
System design and test experience with one or more subsystems or fields outside of Systems Engineering (e.g., GN&C, Payloads, Propulsion, Software, Mechanical, etc.)
Cost Account Management and/or Earned Value Management experience
Familiarity with model-based systems engineering (MBSE) principles and processes
Demonstrated experience leading, supporting and motivating employees
Ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret/SCI clearance. US Citizenship is required

Masters Degree in an engineering related field
Experience on SDA Programs
Working knowledge of Cameo
Experience managing requirements and verification for large complex systems
Proven business acumen with experiences: utilizing earned value management as Control Account Manager (CAM), managing headcount, developing schedules, generating Basis-Of-Estimates (BOEs), and supporting proposal development activities.
Current Secret or TS/SCI security clearance
