About The Position

IESE Solutions is seeking a Systems Engineering Compliance Engineer to support the US Space Force (USSF) in developing and deploying novel command and control applications within the Program Executive Office (PEO) portfolio in El Segundo, CA. This role involves working with customers to help them manage their critical mission test and evaluation program and leading working groups to achieve objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering, mathematics, physics or equivalent technical discipline.
  • Nine (9) or more years of systems integration and systems engineering related or equivalent experience.
  • Experience using model-based system engineering tools and methods.
  • Experience with Systems Architecting and lifecycle support.
  • Must have an active TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Uses the results of Policy Compliance Assessment activities, to analyze all of the space and ground system program plans, current development, test and evaluation, block upgrades, operations and sustainment, and program requirements ensuring compliance with AFI 63-101/20-101, SSC- G-1201, SSC-S-001, and the NG OPIR, SBIRS and Weather System Engineering Plan (SEPs).
  • Provides a written analysis in accordance with the CDRL.
