Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, or related field, and 4 to 6+ years of related/relevant work or a Master’s Degree and 2 to 4 +years of related/relevant work
The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level security clearance
Experience with DOORS
Experience in an electronic lab including the use of commercial test equipment
Knowledge of Requirements and their purpose in systems engineering
Experience with two or more areas across the product development process Including requirements, test procedure development, system integration and requirement verification and validation
Ability to handle multiple assignments and work in a dynamic environment
Strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse work teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

Nice To Haves

Currently hold an active Secret clearance
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering
Experienced / trained in Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) preferably Cameo/SysML
Proven use and understanding of system engineering concepts
Experience across the entire product development process Including Architecture, requirements, test procedure development, system integration and requirement verification and validation
Experience developing test procedures and troubleshooting in a digital and Radio Frequency (RF) electronics lab environment, and potentially at customer domestic and international sites.
Cost Account Manager (CAM) training or experience
Artificial Intelligence (AI) Literacy
