About The Position

Torch Technologies is seeking highly skilled Systems Engineers to support the 715th Test Squadron (715 TS) at the Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC). The 715 TS operates world-class aerodynamic and propulsion test facilities, and this role is critical to advancing the nation's hypersonic weapon and flight systems. This position is located onsite at Arnold AFB, TN.

Requirements

U.S. Citizenship
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in an applicable discipline.
Level 1: Bachelor's Degree in an applicable discipline.
Level 2: Bachelor's or Master's Degree and up to 3 years of relevant experience.
Level 3: Bachelor's or Master's Degree and 3 to 10 years of relevant experience.
Level 4: Master's Degree and over 10 years of relevant experience.
Additional experience may be substituted for education with customer approval.
Active Secret/clearance is required.
Must maintain clearance at required level.

Responsibilities

Concept exploration/definition, technology prototype development, technology and market surveys
Requirements definition, validation, verification, refinement, and functional analysis and allocation, decomposition and tracking
Technical and acquisition documentation development and support
Project Management SE process flow tool development
Development of trade studies
Configuration Management (CM)
Technical reviews
Independent Verification &Validation, other testing and data analysis
Risk management
Logistics
Integration planning and engineering
Technical coordination with suppliers, other support contractors, AFTC staff organizations and functionals, and other Government organizations
Provide electronic warfare, systems engineering, modeling & simulation, and/or general engineering
