Work includes enterprise application support, resolving technical and functional issues, analyzing support trends, identifying improvements, and implementing new or enhanced functionality. The successful candidate must be agile and able to manage multiple priorities. The position owns production support and escalations for Zuora Revenue (RMS/RevPro), tracing issues across the quote/order-to-revenue lifecycle and supporting daily operations, close activities, reconciliations, testing, releases, audits, and operational improvements. It also works with business users, engineering and integration teams, vendors, and Zuora Support to resolve issues and deliver solutions that meet business needs. The role works during AMER business hours, with flexibility for critical production and close events.

Requirements

  • Ability to independently lead ambiguous cross-functional problems, make risk-based decisions, and explain technical findings in business terms.
  • Ability to work during AMER business hours, with flexibility for critical production and close events.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Experience with UAT, patching, defect management, root-cause analysis, and production change controls.
  • Background in revenue accounting, Finance systems, or enterprise quote-to-cash operations.
  • Experience managing vendor cases, service metrics, and operational-improvement backlogs.
  • Relevant Zuora certification or training.

Responsibilities

  • Lead quarterly patch validation, environment refreshes, UAT, and regression testing; coordinate Finance, Business, Engineering, integration teams, and vendors.
  • Reduce recurring issues through monitoring, automation, preventive controls, runbooks, and knowledge transfer; mentor support analysts and communicate risks to leadership.
  • Collaborate with business users on enhancement requests, coordinate application releases, manage testing and deployment, and ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Work with Zuora Support to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve Zuora Revenue (RevPro) issues.
