Systems Engineer
About The Position
This position is for a Systems Engineer to support the CMS solutions group within the Integrated Solutions division. The individual hired for this position will work as part of an engineering team performing validation for the autonomous truck programs. The team utilizes HIL labs, SIL labs, and the BB test track where hardware and software are put onto surrogate vehicles for on-machine testing and integration. The team does system integration and validation for remote control, semi-autonomous and autonomous machines, creating test benches, executing testing, and developing automation and simulation for testing.
Requirements
- BS in Electrical or Electronics, Mechanical, Computer Engineering, or BS in Computer Science
- 2-5 years’ experience required
- Will accept master’s degree
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States
- CAN Tools
- Linux OS
- Camera, Radar, and LiDAR calibration and validation
- Python Scripting/Test Automation
- Machine Operation
- Robotics or autonomy
