About The Position

The Systems Engineer will design systems in support of the Department of Defense, evaluating and modernizing DoD systems. The role applies technical expertise and big-picture thinking to national security challenges, translating real-world customer needs into technical specifications and customer-focused engineering solutions. The position is hybrid and based in Arlington, Virginia.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of engineering experience on a DoD, national security, or Aerospace program.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Secret clearance; selected applicants are subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering, Science, or Technology field.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree in an Engineering, Science, or Technology field.
• INCOSE Associate Systems Engineering Professional (ASEP) Certification.
