About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Systems Engineer with experience in identity management, messaging systems, and endpoint security. This role will focus on Active Directory and Entra ID integration, security remediation, and desktop endpoint management, supporting a modern enterprise environment. The ideal candidate is a strong problem-solver who can quickly learn new technologies, adapt to evolving environments, and proactively address security vulnerabilities.

Requirements

• Experience with Active Directory (AD)
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Experience with Microsoft Exchange / Outlook
• Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts
• Experience with endpoint deployment and desktop support (software packaging, distribution, GPOs)
• Proven ability to identify, troubleshoot, and remediate security vulnerabilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with Intune, Tanium, or similar endpoint management tools
• Exposure to cross-tenant identity integration
• Experience supporting hybrid or cloud-based enterprise environments
• Familiarity with server hardening and enterprise application security (e.g., Oracle environments)

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) environments, including cross-tenant configurations and permissions, and integration with legacy and modern applications.
• Support and maintain Exchange/Outlook environments, including mailbox administration and integration.
• Troubleshoot and remediate identity, access, and authentication issues across systems.
• Perform security remediation activities, including patch management and vulnerability remediation, and hardening systems (e.g., disabling ports, updating servers such as Oracle environments).
• Manage desktop endpoint environments, including packaging and deploying software, managing Group Policy Objects (GPOs), and supporting endpoint configuration and updates.
• Utilize endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune and Tanium.
• Collaborate across IT teams to implement secure and scalable solutions.
• Continuously assess and improve system security posture.
