  • Deep hands-on expertise in identity and access management (IAM), privileged access management (PAM), or adjacent enterprise security platforms.
  • Experience deploying, managing, or integrating CyberArk Secrets Manager (formerly Conjur) for secrets management and DevOps security workflows.
  • Advanced strength with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP), including Docker, Kubernetes, and scaling distributed enterprise environments.
  • Experience building, deploying, and managing infrastructure-as-code using tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
  • Experience deploying, managing, or integrating AI tools and autonomous AI agents into cloud infrastructure or development workflows.
  • Advanced system administration across Windows and nix environments, with strong CLI proficiency and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Fluency in Python, Bash, and PowerShell for automation, API integration, and CI/CD workflows.
  • Strong systems thinking and ability to translate business strategy into scalable, automated technical execution.
  • Ability to build credibility with senior field architects, sales engineers, and cross-functional core engineering partners.
  • Comfort operating as a senior individual contributor in a fast-paced, highly technical, matrixed environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including explaining complex architectural designs to technical and business audiences.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience architecting, supporting, or leading complex, automated lab/demo environments or sandbox platforms is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Architect, build, and maintain scalable, cloud-native demo environments, use-case flows, and value framing for the product pillar.
  • Ensure product representation in shared cloud lab environments through hands-on work with infrastructure-as-code and automated provisioning pipelines.
  • Apply DevOps methodologies to build robust, automated, ephemeral evaluation environments that simulate complex, real-world customer architectures.
  • Define technical evaluation use cases, success criteria, and best practices.
  • Update evaluation guidance and automation scripts as the product evolves, aligning them with modern enterprise technology stacks.
  • Lead technical readiness for new product releases in the assigned pillar and partner with Product and Marketing teams to provide field teams with technical tools, automation scripts, and stable cloud environments.
  • Monitor the health and adoption of shared technical environments; identify execution gaps, instability, and technical friction; and drive corrective action through code refactoring, pipeline improvements, or infrastructure optimization.
