Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer, Systems Integration Engineer, Test Manager, or Lead Tester
5+ years of experience developing test strategies, including test vectors, test plans, and procedures
5+ years of experience with cryptography and information assurance processes
Knowledge of White Box and Black Box testing, planning, processes, and execution, ensuring compliance with program protection and IA requirements
Knowledge of security protocol requirements and compliance criteria
Ability to engage with vendors, integrators, and government stakeholders to ensure alignment with system security requirements, technical standards, and certification processes
Ability to provide technical assessment, audits, and security impact assessments to drive Program Office decision-making
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree in Engineering

Nice To Haves

5+ years of experience with GPS systems, navigation technologies, PNT resilience efforts, or GPS modernization programs
Experience supporting DoD acquisition programs, including requirements development, technical baseline management, and milestone documentation
Experience with COMSEC procedures, Type 1 or FIPS-compliant cryptographic systems, and key distribution and handling requirements
Knowledge of DoD cybersecurity policies
