Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in systems administration, infrastructure, networking, or cybersecurity.
Experience supporting Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory/Entra ID, networking, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, identity and access management, backup and disaster recovery, and regulatory requirements such as HIPAA.
Experience with PowerShell or other scripting languages preferred.
Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco, VMware) are preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skill
Valid driver's license and ability to participate in an on-call rotation as needed.
All employees will be required to submit to and pass a background check and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

Experience with CCBHC demonstration or expansion programs.
Familiarity with trauma-informed, recovery-oriented, and person-centered care models.
Experience supporting grant-funded or federally regulated programs.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, maintain, and monitor on-premises and cloud infrastructure, including servers, storage, virtualization, networking equipment, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, and Entra ID.
Ensure system availability, performance, capacity, and reliability through proactive monitoring, maintenance, and lifecycle management.
Administer backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
Implement and maintain security controls that support HIPAA, PCI, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
Manage identity and access controls, endpoint security, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview, Intune/MDM, Conditional Access, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
Monitor systems for vulnerabilities, threats, and security incidents, participating in risk assessments, remediation efforts, and incident response.
Support Microsoft 365, Azure, hybrid cloud environments, networking infrastructure, VPN connectivity, and enterprise healthcare applications, including the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient technology services.
Maintain technical documentation, system diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
Develop automation solutions using PowerShell, Bash, or similar scripting tools to improve operational efficiency.
Participate in change management and continuously identify opportunities to improve system performance and reliability.
Provide Tier II/III technical support and assist with help desk escalations as needed.
Participate in on-call support, disaster recovery testing, and cross-functional technology initiatives.
Work collaboratively with leadership, vendors, and departmental staff to support organizational technology.
