Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in systems administration, infrastructure, networking, or cybersecurity.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory/Entra ID, networking, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, identity and access management, backup and disaster recovery, and regulatory requirements such as HIPAA.
  • Experience with PowerShell or other scripting languages preferred.
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco, VMware) are preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skill
  • Valid driver's license and ability to participate in an on-call rotation as needed.
  • All employees will be required to submit to and pass a background check and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CCBHC demonstration or expansion programs.
  • Familiarity with trauma-informed, recovery-oriented, and person-centered care models.
  • Experience supporting grant-funded or federally regulated programs.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, maintain, and monitor on-premises and cloud infrastructure, including servers, storage, virtualization, networking equipment, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, and Entra ID.
  • Ensure system availability, performance, capacity, and reliability through proactive monitoring, maintenance, and lifecycle management.
  • Administer backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
  • Implement and maintain security controls that support HIPAA, PCI, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Manage identity and access controls, endpoint security, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview, Intune/MDM, Conditional Access, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
  • Monitor systems for vulnerabilities, threats, and security incidents, participating in risk assessments, remediation efforts, and incident response.
  • Support Microsoft 365, Azure, hybrid cloud environments, networking infrastructure, VPN connectivity, and enterprise healthcare applications, including the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient technology services.
  • Maintain technical documentation, system diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
  • Develop automation solutions using PowerShell, Bash, or similar scripting tools to improve operational efficiency.
  • Participate in change management and continuously identify opportunities to improve system performance and reliability.
  • Provide Tier II/III technical support and assist with help desk escalations as needed.
  • Participate in on-call support, disaster recovery testing, and cross-functional technology initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with leadership, vendors, and departmental staff to support organizational technology.
