Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Nuclear, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline (or equivalent experience)
• Strong grasp of engineering principles, system analysis, and problem-solving methods
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a “Q” level security clearance.

Nice To Haves

• Demonstrated proficiency across multiple engineering disciplines
• Hands-on experience with Balance of Plant (BOP) systems such as boilers, compressors, pumps, or refrigeration systems
• Active “Q” clearance

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and optimize assigned plant systems—tracking performance, reviewing logs, and trending data to keep operations safe and reliable.
• Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to resolve issues, perform system evaluations, and support testing and surveillance of safety-related components.
• Prepare reports and updates for leadership.
• Support integrated system testing.
• Lead or assist troubleshooting activities.
• Help ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and safety requirements.
