About The Position

As a Systems Engineer focused on next-generation infrastructure, you'll be at the forefront of our innovation: driving cloud modernization, AI-assisted operations, infrastructure automation, and resilient platform engineering initiatives. You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to help evolve our environment as we adopt emerging technologies, enhance service reliability, and accelerate delivery through automation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
2+ years of experience in systems engineering, infrastructure engineering, or related technology roles.
Working knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, virtualization, networking fundamentals, storage technologies, HPE platforms, and Pure Storage solutions.
Familiarity with observability platforms and AIOps concepts.
Understanding of security best practices, identity and access management, and zero-trust principles.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
Experience administering Horizon Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), Azure Virtual Desktop, and Microsoft 365 Cloud PC environments.
Scripting and automation experience with PowerShell and/or Python.
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Bicep, ARM, Ansible, or DSC.
Experience with low-code platforms such as Power Apps or Logic Apps.
Exposure to Microsoft 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, or AI-assisted tools for IT operations.
Curious, adaptable, and motivated to learn emerging technologies with an automation-first mindset.

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise infrastructure across on-premises datacenters, private cloud, and public cloud environments.
Manage Windows and Linux server platforms, virtualization platforms, storage systems, and enterprise backup and recovery technologies.
Engineer and support workloads across Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and hybrid multi-cloud environments.
Develop and maintain cloud landing zones, governance standards, resource blueprints, tagging strategies, and cost optimization practices.
Build and manage Infrastructure as Code ( IaC ) solutions using tools such as Terraform, ARM/Bicep, Ansible, or PowerShell Desired State Configuration (DSC).
Implement Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) workflows for infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
Leverage Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations (AIOps) capabilities to improve monitoring, incident detection, capacity planning, and root-cause analysis.
Design automation solutions using Power Automate, Logic Apps, PowerShell, and Python to reduce manual effort and improve service delivery.
Participate in complex incident resolution, modernization programs, documentation development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
