About The Position

Cepeda Systems and Software Analysis , a rapidly growing small company in Huntsville, AL, is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Software Systems Engineer to join our team. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Designing and implementing solutions for software systems configuration, network implementation, and software system deployment methodologies. Developing and testing the configuration of a system of systems; and documenting the steps necessary to reproduce that process consistently in support of various platforms Will perform requirements analysis of the multiple platforms and identification of applicable requirements, gaps, or improvements for simulation software systems. Create automated scripts Create and maintain process/procedures across multiple systems. Create processes that follow standard system engineering processes. Support Azure DevOps and Agile project management and source control/software testing environment. Requirements

BS degree and three (3) years or more of experience: six (6) years of related experience considered in lieu of degree.
Must have an active SECRET security clearance
Must be a US Citizen

Nice To Haves

Experience with integration of Mission IT Systems (Servers, Network Equipment, Switches, Firewalls, Virtualized Software, etc.).
Functional experience using Microsoft Deployment Toolkit to deploy servers and/or client systems.
Working understanding of the configuring and troubleshooting of network equipment .
Experience writing automated scripts.
Experience working in both Linux and Windows operating systems.
Understanding and experience with VMware ESXi & KVM (Kernel-based Virtual Machine) server technologies.

Responsibilities
