Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in systems engineering with exposure to systems requirements processes
• Experience with software development and product lifecycle management
• Experience communicating with peers and stakeholders in detailed, technical, and process-oriented fashion
• Experience providing solutions to a variety of technical problems
• Experience analyzing technical documentation
• Experience with Agile processes
• TS/SCI Clearance with a polygraph
• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of systems engineering experience or HS Diploma or GED and 14+ years of experience in systems engineering

Nice To Haves

• Experience in root cause analysis and correction
• Agile Certification
