Responsibilities: Lead and support requirements decomposition, systems design, and implementation efforts for security and information systems. Assist in the development of test procedures, system models, and documentation. Contribute to deployment, sustainment, and troubleshooting of security-related systems. Collaborate with cybersecurity, software, and infrastructure teams to integrate system components. Utilize tools such as IBM DOORS and Simulink for system modeling and requirements tracking. Apply knowledge of virtualization, operating systems, and networking technologies to support secure environments. Support implementation and administration of cybersecurity tools and databases (Mongo preferred). Engage in ongoing system lifecycle support, including system upgrades and patch management. Qualifications: U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or related field (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science) 5+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience Department of Defense Secret clearance preferred at time of hire Strong understanding of: Systems engineering principles and technical standards Requirements management and system modeling tools Experience in one or more of the following areas: IBM DOORS Simulink Windows PowerShell Cisco networking Linux and Windows OS administration Virtualization platforms Cybersecurity tool implementation Database administration (Mongo preferred) Agile methodology experience preferred On-site work required; some travel may be necessary depending on program needs
