We are seeking a smart, resourceful, and service-oriented onsite support Systems Engineer to provide technical support for a client in the Bronx, NY. As the primary onsite resource, you’ll deliver hands-on desktop, network, and infrastructure support while collaborating with Network Doctor’s remote teams to ensure seamless service delivery. This role demands professionalism, adaptability, and confidence across a wide range of technologies. You don’t need to know everything—but you should know how to find solutions, ask the right questions, and leverage your team effectively. You’ll be employed by Network Doctor, a leading Managed Services Provider (MSP) supporting hundreds of organizations nationwide, giving you access to a full team of experts so you’re never tackling complex challenges alone.
