About The Position

The Systems Engineer will be responsible for designing, supporting, managing, and maintaining all aspects of the systems and network infrastructure. This position requires a strong background in Azure, Linux, SQL DB, IBM SAN storage, and Cisco technologies. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned. Design, implement, and manage complex enterprise network solutions using Cisco technologies, ensuring high availability, redundancy, and optimal performance. Administer and optimize our Azure cloud environment, including virtual machines, network configurations, and security settings. Knowledgeable in managing Linux servers, ensuring system security, efficiency, and reliability. Knowledgeable in SQL database environment, performing maintenance tasks, and optimizations, and ensuring data integrity and security. Administer and maintain IBM SAN storage solutions, ensuring high performance and data availability. Deploy, configure, and manage VMware virtualization environments, including ESXi hosts and vCenter operations. Stay abreast of new technologies and industry best practices, recommending improvements to systems and processes. Monitors systems for acceptable performance and user accessibility. Prepares technical implementation plans that provide integrated solutions, including actions, milestones, timelines, and critical paths required for complete solutions. Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in Windows Server administration/management of modern Windows Server.
• Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, VMware Certified Professional (VCP), or similar relevant certifications.
• Demonstrated experience with Azure cloud services, Linux server administration, SQL database management, IBM SAN solutions, and VMware virtualization.
• Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, IP routing, VPNs, firewalls, and security practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
