About The Position

As the SE, you'll get to analyze user’s requirements, CONOPS, and system architectures to develop requirements and lead system design. Advises on alternatives, assesses feasibility, supports integration of requirements, design, and technology, and develops technical and architecture documentation. Guides implementation planning, coordinates with government stakeholders on technical issues, ensures technical integrity of deliverables, and communicates with program teams and senior leadership.

Requirements

Circuit Switched and Mobile Telephony signaling types, networks and systems, including audio encoding/decoding (7 years)
Specific communications protocols (e.g. GSM, CDMA, 5G, HTS, etc.) and associated community tools
Application Development for ipv4 and ipv6 packet switched networks (i.e. L2, L3), protocols (i.e. VOIP) and technologies (VPNs, encapsulation)
Deep knowledge of the OSI network stack and associated protocols across layers 2-7. All protocol stacks for data transfer, to include but not limited to Routing protocols, Encapsulation, Tunneling and encryption, legacy protocols (i.e. SONET)
Our positions require a Top Secret clearance , as well as the favorable completion of a polygraph .
