Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in systems engineering
  • Experience supporting DOW or complex airborne platform-based systems
  • Experience supporting airborne, communications, or mission-critical systems
  • Experience in system design, integration, testing, or fielding
  • Experience with requirements development, verification, and validation
  • Experience supporting installation, certification, or operational test activities
  • Experience working within Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) or cross-functional engineering environment
  • Top Secret/SCI Clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Extensive experience (e.g., 10 years) supporting complex DOW technical programs
  • Experience supporting airborne or SATCOM-based communication systems
  • Experience with secure communications systems or classified environments
  • Experience supporting test events such as SOVTs or similar operational verification efforts
  • Experience supporting readiness certifications or technical review boards
  • Experience in technical leadership or project management roles
  • Experience coordinating across multi-service or joint stakeholders
