Systems Engineer (SETA)

About The Position

Level Up, LLC is seeking an expert Systems Engineer with SETA experience and knowledge to provide strategic programmatic support to the customer and external partners. The role interfaces with senior government leadership, coordinates with external vendors, guides complex projects through their full lifecycles, and provides technical support as required by customer directives. Candidates must hold a TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph. U.S. citizenship is required due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements.

Requirements

Three to six years of experience, depending on position level.
Bachelor's degree.
SETA experience and knowledge.
Experience developing and managing dynamic projects, roadmaps, and measurable deliverables.
Ability to apply critical thinking and planning to implement deliverables in a timely manner.
Knowledge of developing and maintaining Concepts of Operations using industry standards.
Ability to meet with stakeholders and manage expectations.
Ability to prepare senior-leadership briefs, manage risk metrics, and develop customer systems.
Ability to provide technical support that removes roadblocks and enables delivery from external vendors to customer projects.
Ability to analyze vendor designs and deliverables against customer requirements.
Teamwork skills and ability to create tests that demonstrate achieved capabilities.
Experience working with multiple liaison targeting officers to identify opportunities and advance the mission.
TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.
U.S. citizenship.

Work cohesively with teammates and create tests that demonstrate achieved capabilities.
Work with multiple liaison targeting officers to identify new opportunities and advance the mission.
