Requirements

  • Clearance: Top Secret Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph, must be active. We do not have the ability to sponsor clearances
  • Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen. We cannot sponsor visas
  • Experience: 14 years of experience as a Systems Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five additional years of SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree
  • Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting user and system requirements
  • Experience developing systems engineering documentation such as requirements specifications, interface control documents, system engineering plans, or related artifacts
  • Experience working directly with customers, users, or stakeholders to understand workflows and operational needs
  • Ability to translate complex mission needs into clear, structured requirements for technical teams
  • Experience supporting workflow analysis, process definition, or capability planning
  • Strong technical writing, communication, and coordination skills
  • Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and keep efforts aligned across users, engineers, and leadership

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting analyst workflows, contextual data tracking, or mission process visibility
  • Experience with content triage, transcription workflows, language analysis, or sourcing-related capabilities
  • Familiarity with requirements management, traceability, interface documentation, and lifecycle planning
  • Experience contributing to concept of operations development, workflow documentation, or customer-facing systems engineering efforts
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple threads of work in a fast-moving environment
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical teams and mission users

Responsibilities

  • Partner with mission users and stakeholders to gather, refine, and document system requirements
  • Help define capabilities that capture and warehouse current and historical workflow process states
  • Translate user needs into clear requirements, use cases, workflow descriptions, and technical documentation
  • Support capabilities that allow analysts to view contextual state information for data of interest
  • Help define how the system tracks historically significant characteristics and workflow state changes
  • Coordinate across customers, engineers, and stakeholders to keep requirements aligned and understood
  • Contribute to requirements specifications, interface documentation, concept of operations material, and related artifacts
  • Help ensure evolving system capabilities stay aligned with mission needs and workflow processes
