About The Position

We are a Hudson Oaks, Texas-based Internet Service Provider (ISP) delivering High Speed Internet and Voice Services throughout multiple states to residential, business, K-12 Education and government customers. Requirements

3–5 years of IT administration or systems engineering experience (not an entry-level role).
Proven proficiency in Microsoft Entra, Azure, and M365 administration.
Strong working knowledge of Proxmox VE clustering (VM management, HA, backups, networking).
Hands-on automation experience with Ansible, n8n, or comparable platforms.
Comfortable working in a scaling MSP environment with rapid change.
Self-starter who can own projects end-to-end and document processes clearly.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with compliance-driven environments (NIST, SOC 2, ISO, CJIS, etc.) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Administer and optimize Microsoft Entra (Azure AD), Azure, and Microsoft 365 environments.
Manage and maintain Proxmox VE clusters, including virtualization, high availability, and storage/network configurations.
Automate IT workflows and processes using Ansible, n8n, and similar automation frameworks.
Implement scalable, secure solutions aligned with compliance initiatives (NIST, SOC 2, ISO, CJIS requirements, etc.).
Support IT efficiency by identifying redundant systems and streamlining SaaS usage.
Collaborate with cybersecurity, sysadmin, and helpdesk teams to reduce manual workloads and increase automation.
Participate in infrastructure planning for future growth and scaling.
