About The Position

Armison Tech is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to join their team. The role involves building and maintaining a hybrid-cloud mission-critical infrastructure and services, utilizing COTS, GOTS, and custom applications. The engineer will be responsible for monitoring network performance, suggesting improvements, and guiding efforts to modernize and enhance systems. This position is located in Chantilly, VA, within an on-site client environment and requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.

Requirements

Must maintain active/current TS/SCI with a polygraph clearance.
Demonstrated experience analyzing existing systems and identifying corrective actions and areas for improvement.
Experience leading agile teams through sprint planning, backlog grooming, and the coordination of governance.
Experience translating customer requirements into actionable user stories and technical deliverables.
Demonstrated experience designing and managing hybrid cloud environments using AWS, Azure, and virtualization platforms.
Experience deploying and maintaining VDIs, hypervisors, and containerized servers for facilitating secure operations.
Experience implementing DevOps pipelines and monitoring infrastructure performance across cloud systems.
Demonstrated experience configuring and maintaining LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, and routing protocols across secure networks.
Experience building and managing ETL pipelines for structured and unstructured data ingestion.
Experience automating workflows using Python, PowerShell, Bash, and CI/CD tools.
Experience with A&A and RMF processes for secure system deployment and compliance.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
