About The Position

We are seeking motivated, positive-minded engineers to join cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams focused on developing sophisticated digital Electronic Warfare (EW) systems. Key EW program objectives are to improve/enhance air vehicle survivability through the abilities to detect, deny, deceive, degrade, and/or disrupt adversaries' Integrated Air Defenses. This role involves contributing to technical development on a program within our defense portfolio, working as part of a cross-functional, multi-disciplinary team to design, integrate, debug, and test our Electronic Warfare systems. The focus is on delivering innovative Electronic Warfare solutions through the lifecycle of system development, which includes requirements development, design analysis, and integration & test.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in technical fields such as Engineering, Mathematics or Computer Science or a related field
  • 4+ years of relevant technical experience
  • Bachelor or Master of Science degree in electrical engineering or computer science/engineering
  • Experience with Electronic Warfare systems
  • Experience with systems engineering activities across the product development lifecycle (analysis/decomposition/derivation/allocation of requirements, architecture, system modeling & simulation, system design & development, system integration & test, production, sustainment)

Responsibilities

  • Design, integrate, debug, and test Electronic Warfare systems.
  • Contribute to technical development on a program within the defense portfolio.
