Requirements

1+ year of experience in engineering field
Experience with Linux
Experience performing level 1 restoration using documented SOPs, Confluence sites, and past history tickets
Experience capturing systems requirements, documenting in various formats, and leading design and development activities
Ability to work a shift schedule
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
HS Diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

Experience with cloud platforms including AWS
Experience with automation tools and scripting languages including Python
Experience supporting operational AI/ML systems
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or an equivalent technical field

Act as primary collaborator between contract leadership, government stakeholders, and development teams.
Provide product outreach support, including direct user support, systems integration support, and management of system access controls.
