About The Position

As a systems engineer for Nuclear Command, Control and Communications (NC3), you’ll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for Designing, Implementing and Deploying the next generation of Strategic Weapon Systems. This role involves a clear understanding of systems engineering concepts, principles, theories, and technical standards, as well as requirements management and system modeling tools. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, able to grasp and apply new information quickly, handle increasing responsibilities with growing complexity, and thrives in collaborative environments. There is also an opportunity to identify and apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field.
• 2+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree and 6 months of job-related experience.
• Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance is required at time of hire.
• Clear understanding of Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and direct hands on experience with industry MBSE tools.
• Clear understanding of systems engineering concepts, principles, theories, and technical standards.
• Clear understanding of requirements management and system modeling tools.
• Ability to grasp and apply new information quickly and handle increasing responsibilities with growing complexity.
• Team player who thrives in collaborative environments and revels in team success.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development for yourself and others.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
