We are seeking a smart, resourceful, and service-oriented L2 Systems Engineer to provide advanced onsite technical support for clients across the NYC Metro Area. You’ll spend most of your time working from our client sites delivering hands-on troubleshooting, system administration, and higher-level support across a wide range of technologies. Access to transportation is required to travel to clients in NY and NJ. This position requires professionalism, adaptability, and the ability to navigate complex technical environments with confidence and curiosity. You don’t need to know everything, but you do need to know how to investigate effectively, ask the right questions, and collaborate with your team to drive successful outcomes.
