About The Position

Hidden Level is transforming airspace safety with innovative, scalable drone detection and airspace technology. We provide real-time, actionable data to enhance security across various environments. We're looking for a Systems Engineer who will apply their skills to lead internal product development and customer integration and adoption activities. This will be achieved through the analysis and support of sensor systems at each stage in the product lifecycle from conceptualization to deployment and maintenance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
• 3+yearsprofessional experience
• Working knowledge of:
• Radar and/or communication systems using software-defined radios, custom hardware, and/or other COTS devices
• Sensor performance modeling and simulation
• Digital signal processing
• Analytical programming platforms such as MATLAB or Python
• Experience with fast-paced integration and test schedules and environments
• Ability to travel 25%

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and implementation of algorithms and analysis methods and tools for radar, direction finding, or other surveillance sensor systems
• Plan and design test events in support of sensor performance validation
• Provide hands-on, in-field support of test events
• Author test reports and draw data-driven conclusions and recommendations based on test results
