About The Position

BAE Systems' Countermeasures & Attack Solutions (CEMA) Business Area has an immediate opening for a highly motivated Systems Engineer in the Advanced Compact EW Solutions Product Line. This role supports the development of new Electronic Attack (EA) capabilities designed to improve air vehicle survivability by detecting, denying, deceiving, degrading, and disrupting adversary Integrated Air Defenses. You will work under the guidance of a Lead Engineer to execute systems engineering tasks focused on RF performance modeling and RF system integration. The role involves applying digital engineering and model-based systems engineering (MBSE) principles to develop and implement software for data analysis, post-processing, and visualization. Additionally, you will play a key role in external test events (up to 25% travel), assisting in planning, attending, and executing tests, interfacing directly with customers, and briefing analysis results to stakeholders. The position requires a strong background in Electrical Engineering and a functional interest in using software engineering skills (Python/MATLAB) to solve complex RF and radar challenges. Due to the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite, this role will be performed full-time on site at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.
