About The Position

This role involves coordinating schedule-driven, project-level activities for systems engineering test activities. The coordinator will work across multiple participants, including government teams, industry vendors, and internal stakeholders. Key responsibilities include supporting requirements validation, tracking schedules, anticipating logistical challenges, and utilizing various tools for task management and communication. An analytical mindset is crucial for identifying gaps, assessing risks, and prioritizing test activities. An active TS/SCI security clearance with a current polygraph is a mandatory requirement for this position.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED plus twelve (12) years of general system engineering experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus seven (7) years of systems engineering experience.
  • Master’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus five (5) years of systems engineering experience.
  • PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus three (3) years of systems engineering experience.
  • Strong experience in coordinating schedule-driven, project-level activities across multiple participants.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to accurately synthesize and summarize complex technical information for a diverse audience.
  • Experience in working across multiple stakeholders such as government teams, industry vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with supporting requirements validation activities.
  • Proficiency with tracking schedules and anticipating logistical challenges.
  • Proficiency with the tool usage of ticketing systems, collaboration platforms, and dashboard tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify gaps, assess risks, and recommend prioritization of test activities.
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance with a current polygraph is required.
  • Requires a CI poly within the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying gaps, assessing risks, and recommending prioritization of test activities.
  • Communicating complex technical information for a diverse audience.
  • Working across multiple stakeholders such as government teams, industry vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Escalating issues to Government Leads (e.g., ART Leads and CORs).
