About The Position

Ren X Tech is seeking a Systems Engineer Tactical Advisor (SETA) to support Sponsor development activities. This role involves developing well-documented requirements, analyzing technical risks, and forecasting relevant technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing project plans for cyber research concepts, working with test teams, and collaborating with IC or DoD targeting officers to identify new opportunities for technical operations. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree plus three (3) years of experience OR at least 7 years of experience relevant to a technical function being supported within the designated assigned Group per Tab C Skills Matrix
TS/SCI w/Poly clearance

Responsibilities

Develop well documented, actionable, measurable, testable, traceable requirements supporting Sponsor development activities.
Apply critical thinking in analyzing Sponsor projects and programs to identify technical risks that may impact successful delivery of the Sponsor developed capability.
Develop Concept of Operations diagrams utilizing industry best practices through coordination with project stakeholders.
Forecast technologies and products that are related to and would advance the Sponsors mission area.
Provide independent assessment of projects relating to technical risk and provide suggestions for potential improvement on technical functionality.
Develop comprehensive project plans that transition cyber research concepts into mission ready capabilities.
Work with Test Teams to create adhoc test cases to fully characterize developed offensive cyber capabilities.
Work with IC or DoD targeting officers to identify new opportunities to enable technical operations to include access, exfil, collection and covert action.
