About The Position

You will be the Systems Engineer Staff - Level 4 for the Advanced Development Program (ADP) Skunk Works which is responsible for delivering cutting‑edge aerospace solutions. As the Systems Engineer Staff (ADP Skunk Works) - Level 4 you will be responsible for providing end‑to‑end systems engineering support across the ADP product line, driving technical trade studies, and managing control accounts.

Requirements

Bachelors or Masters Degree from an accredited university in Engineering or STEM field.
Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or Control Account Management (CAM)
Experience managing large value and complex programs / projects
Technical Experience or Systems Engineering Background
Experience communicating with senior customer and company levels of leadership
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.

Responsibilities

Providing systems‑engineering support including requirements tracking, risk management, architecture evaluation, and airworthiness.
Conducting technical trade studies and ensure requirements are formulated, decomposed, flowed‑down, and traced.
Collaborating with senior engineers, suppliers, and users to integrate technical solutions and generate verification‑validation plans.
Managing scope, schedule, and budget for assigned Control Accounts, acting as liaison between subcontract managers, finance, and program management.
Serving as the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) point of contact, providing direction and oversight for the accounts you manage.
