As a Systems Integration and Test Systems Engineering Lead, you will lead preparation for and integration of space segment with ground segment, including support to ground integration with test environments, labs and government equipment. You will perform cross-program coordination during development of intersegment and subsystem-level requirement/verification baselines, perform system analysis and interface definition, and support ICD, parameter, and database definition, TT&C and operator training. You will develop and deliver System Test Plans and Test Procedures, and conduct System Test events to verify interface, functional and performance requirements between internal and external interfaces, lead TER, TRR. You will also attend Customer led working groups, provide technical data and responses, and resolve assigned actions.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Engineering/Technical discipline or closely related field, or equivalent combination of education and related experience
10+ years of Systems Engineering Experience
Systems Integration and Test Engineering process knowledge and experiences
Exposure to RF or digital communications Payload Systems engineering
Experience with systems integration and engineering lifecycle on Space programs
Experience leading and coordinating teams across multiple engineering disciplines (i.e. mechanical, electrical, RF, software, etc.)
Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance, thus US Citizenship is required.

Experience with integration of space and ground segements
Experience with RF or digital communications Payload Systems engineering
Experience or understanding of operational ground system command and control
Experience with System Test conduct, including development labs, and integration test definition
Ability to communicate complex technical ideas to an audience with varied technical backgrounds
Experience with customer facing reviews: SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, etc.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate large integration efforts across teams and organizations
Active TS/SCI security clearance
