About The Position

Seeking a Systems Engineer to support new product development, requirements management, and cross-functional collaboration across mechanical, electrical, and software teams. This role ensures stakeholder requirements are translated into system/subsystem specifications, integrates safety methodologies, and drives compliance through design reviews and validation.

Requirements

• Requirements elicitation & generation (4–7 years)
• Product development lifecycle for complex systems/subsystems
• Autonomous systems, robotics, mechatronics experience
• Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Hardware development & design principles
• Requirement management tools (IBM DOORS, Jama Connect, Polarion)
• Safety analysis (HARAs, STPAs, FMEAs)
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Proven track record in system/subsystem design and validation
• Experience collaborating with Product Management, Architects, and Safety Engineers

Nice To Haves

• INCOSE SEP or CPRE certification preferred
