Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with managing technical projects and coordinating engineering tasks with stakeholders across the NAVWAR enterprise to ensure compliance, integration, and interoperability of C4I systems across multiple domains, mission areas, and shore platforms.
  • 3+ years of experience with conducting technical review processes and assessments, including identifying risks, issues, and mitigation actions, and making technical recommendations to program offices.
  • Experience supporting government clients and facilitating meetings.
  • Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Power Suite.
  • Knowledge of multiple disciplines, including engineering, logistics, and testing and evaluation (T&E).
  • Ability to coordinate data calls and support meetings with and briefings to Navy leadership.
  • Ability to review, analyze, and summarize technical policies and documentation.
  • Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Navy C4I hardware and software systems.
  • Experience with Engineering Change Requests (ECR).
  • Experience with Agile and DevSecOps concepts and methodologies.
  • Experience with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience in supporting acquisition programs.
  • Knowledge of the acquisition process and policy, including the Defense Acquisition System, DoDD 5000.01, and DoDI 5000.02, and NAVWAR Policy and Guidance, including Shore Installation Process Handbook (SIPH) and Fleet Readiness Certification Handbook.
  • Possession of excellent written and oral communications skills.
  • TS/SCI clearance.
  • Master’s degree.
  • Completion of DAU Acquisition 101 Course.
