Systems Engineer – Lighting Electronics
About The Position
FORVIA - HELLA Electronics Corporation is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Systems Engineer – Lighting Electronics. The focus of this role will be to guide the overall application development for a complex next generation ECU. Requirements
- +5 years experience developing products related to Lighting including electronics (including Head lamps. Rear Lamps, interior lamps, LED driver modules, or infotainment)
- Prior experience communicating with end customers
- 3+ years of experience supporting change management topics
- Ability to manage cross-domain assignments with high levels of composure and work in a cross functional global team.
- Inter-cultural adaptability and collaboration is a must.
- Excellent communication skills: verbal, written and presentation.
- Experience working in cross-functional and muti engineering discipline team.
Responsibilities
- Guide all local application development as the primary technical point of contact.
- Coordinate local design support activities for production launches
- Act as the local expert for all product architecture, including its scope, boundaries, limitations, and capabilities.
- Manage and align technical changes for the local and global teams
- Provides technical support when detailed explanations are required.
- Actively communicate with the customer on technical topics and provide customer product support
