About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Systems Engineer to join their rapidly growing team! Requires an active TS/SCI Poly security clearance. This role involves analyzing user requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications. The engineer will analyze system requirements and lead design and development activities, guide users in formulating requirements, advise on alternative approaches, and conduct feasibility studies. This position provides technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology, and incorporates new plans, designs, and systems into ongoing operations. The role also includes developing technical documentation, system architecture, and system design documentation. The engineer will guide system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans. Responsibilities include interacting with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and associated problems, issues, or conflicts. The ultimate responsibility lies with the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Systems Engineering area of responsibility. Communication with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives is essential. Experience in collaborating with Product Owner in preparation for SAFe/agile ceremonies, including sprint reviews, Inspect and Adapt, and Program Increment (PI) planning events is required.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph (with Poly within last 5 years)
  • Scrum Certification

Responsibilities

  • Analyzes user’s requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
  • Analyzes system requirements and leads design and development activities.

  • Develops technical documentation.

  • Interacts with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts.
  • Ultimate responsibility for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Systems Engineering area of responsibility.
