About The Position

Prescient Edge is seeking a Systems Engineer IV to support a federal government client. This role involves overseeing the creation of hybrid software, web, and hardware products from initial specifications to final rollout and maintenance. The systems engineer is responsible for integrating various network operating systems, application programs, and hardware devices. This role manages the development cycle for resilient software, hardware, and web applications, including specification, design, coding, testing, and maintenance. The systems engineer must consider the 'big picture' of a project, including technical aspects, cost, schedules, and social issues.

Requirements

• 10 years of professional experience in systems engineering.
• Master's level degree in an Engineering discipline.
• Secret security clearance.
