About The Position

North Point Technology is looking to hire a Systems Engineer - IT with a DevOps background to support a High Performance Computing Multi-Level Secure enterprise program. This role focuses on initial deployment and ongoing site support for secure, large-scale infrastructure environments. An active Top Secret/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph is required to start. In this role, you will support the deployment and integration of secure enterprise infrastructure across multiple sites, developing and maintaining DevOps automation processes and configuration management solutions in Unix/Linux environments, scripting workflows, managing revision control systems, and coordinating initial site standup activities for complex HPC and multi-level secure deployments.

Requirements

Linux system administration and engineering in secure environments
Scripting and software development using Python, Perl, Korn shell, Bourne/Bash, and Ansible
Revision control systems including CVS, SVN, Git, and GitLab (including GitLab CI)
Development and management of DevOps deployment automation processes
Configuration management experience
Security+ Certification
Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph required to start

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting HPC or multi-level secure enterprise environments
Familiarity with SELinux hardening and security configurations
